Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Synergy Axella Operations Excellence Platform.

1. Licence

Synergy Axella grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for internal manufacturing operations only.

2. Acceptable use

You will not (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform, (b) upload unlawful content, (c) attempt to circumvent access controls, or (d) use the Platform to compete with Synergy Axella.

3. AI Copilot disclaimer

The AI Copilot is a decision-support tool. Its output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for operational decisions made based on its suggestions.

4. Availability & SLA

Target availability is 99.5% monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Axella's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by our fault.

6. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection.
